Before making a booking, please understand that you use the facilities at your own risk and there are no toilets on site. Please check your confirmation email once you have booked, this will advise you\u202fwhich of the two runs you have been allocated. Both runs are the same size.\u202fThe Orange Run is the first run to your right on arrival, and the parking bay is to the right of the green\u202fbarn. The Yellow Run\u2019s parking bay is to the left of the barn. <\/p>\n\n\n
Each confirmed booking is for up to 3 dogs and 4 people maximum, and secure parking space for one car only. Please note, there is no additional parking on or off-site. Please don\u2019t bring extra cars, people or dogs, as you will be asked to leave immediately and not able to book again. No refunds will be given in these circumstances.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n Please spend five minutes reviewing our five rules to ensure your visit will go smoothly. We want every visit\u202ffor you and your four-legged family member to always be as enjoyable as the\u202flast. <\/p>\n\n\n 1. The 3 P\u2019s: Parking, Pathways and Play<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t Keeping the grass clean and healthy in the runs means more enjoyment for you\u00a0and your dog. So please remember the three P’s.<\/p>\n\n\n Parking<\/strong>: Please do not park or drive on the grass. Make sure you park your vehicle on the block paving within the secure run you have booked.\u202f<\/p>\n\n\n Pathways<\/strong>: Each run has over 200m of perimeter pathway which is there to help\u00a0ensure the dogs have nice grass to play on. If it’s frosty or wet please use\u00a0the pathways at all times, other than for retrieving toys, training or picking\u00a0up poo.<\/p>\n\n\n Play: <\/strong>Use all the space within the fenced area you have booked. Please feel\u00a0free to bring any toys, balls or any other equipment for training you may need.\u00a0Digging is not allowed, so please prevent dogs from digging immediately. If any\u00a0items accidentally get thrown over any fence please retrieve it only after the\u00a0session has ended. Please under no circumstances allow any person to climb any\u00a0of the fencing. You can bring children, all we ask is that you make sure they\u00a0are supervised. All users are only allowed within the run they have booked.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n 2. Knowing Your Time To Arrive & Your Time To Leave<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t Being ready to enter on time is as important as making sure you leave on time. Arriving more than a few minutes early will mean time spent waiting in your car,\u202fwhile your dog becomes more and more impatient!\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n Each run is clearly marked on the gate. The Yellow Run is to the left of the\u202fgreen barn and the Orange Run is to the right. Both have 4m wide double\u202fgates which will be open if the run is unoccupied. If you arrive on time and\u202fyour run is not vacant, please check your booking. Are you at the correct run?\u202f\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n If you are, call us 07976 724 501 and let us do the rest.<\/p>\n\n\n When the run is vacant, pull your car into the space and close the gates. If it\u2019s\u202fdark, please turn on the lights for your run. The switch is on the \u201cField Rules\u201d\u202fboard where you park your car. Only once the double gates are closed is it safe\u202fand secure to let your dog out. Enjoy your time in the run!\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n For your departure, all we ask is that you be ready to have your dog loaded\u00a0back into your vehicle. Please remember to turn the lights off<\/strong> and leave the gates open by the end of your booked time slot, so the next customer can enter on time, and safely.<\/p>\n\n\n We hope everybody respects each other’s time. To encourage this, we have a\u00a0policy we hope we don\u2019t have to implement…<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n If the person after you reports a late entry, we will review the CCTV and late leavers will have their booking account suspended for a week.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n Three strike rule: repeat offenders will have their booking account closed.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n 3. Keep It Clean Keep It Green<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t Dog mess… if it’s your dog’s, please pick it up. We provide the bin which is\u00a0emptied daily. Don’t worry if you forget your poo bags, there will be spares\u00a0within each parking area. We know from experience that most dogs will ‘need to\u00a0go’ within the first 5 mins of their play, so be super vigilant from the start!<\/p>\n\n\n If it’s a messy one (as a dog owner, you will know what we mean!) please pick\u00a0up what you can and then use the watering cans provided to do the rest (if the\u00a0watering can is empty there is a tap at the front of the barn or text 07976 724\u00a0501 for a refill).<\/p>\n\n\n Digging and scraping is not allowed, so please be vigilant – especially if your\u00a0dog’s a known digger. Remember that digging can be a sign of boredom, so do use\u00a0balls, lures, etc, to keep dogs happy and involved.<\/p>\n\n\n Other people\u2019s dog mess \u2013 HELP US \u2013 Use the Flags on the fencing and Call or Text<\/em>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n We don\u2019t expect anybody to pick anything up that wasn\u2019t done by their dog\/s so if you find any mess or digging that isn\u2019t from your dog, please \u201cflag it\u201d for us. There are flags situated along each run\u2019s perimeter fence. Simply place a flag next to the offending area, and text or call us on 07976724501. In most instances we will come and sort it straight away, however if we are not about we will try and move you to another run if available or discuss options.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n If everybody follows the \u201cFlag & Call or Text\u201d\u202fprinciple we can efficiently review the CCTV and quickly identify which previous customer has missed one. If it\u2019s a genuine accident, it\u2019s no problem – we have all missed the odd one! Repeat offenders and blatant ignoring will result in the booking account being closed with immediate effect.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n Not only does this keep the grass in tip-top condition and perfect for dogs at play it far more pleasant for you.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n 4. Your Dog\u2019s Health<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t Please ensure all dogs are micro-chipped – it’s the law – and for their safety\u00a0have valid, up-to-date vaccinations and that they are wormed. Remember that\u00a0our dog’s vaccinations are your responsibility. (Kennel cough vaccination we\u00a0regard as optional).<\/p>\n\n\n If your dog\u2019s in season, this is not a problem, she is welcome (it\u2019s one of the\u202freasons we opened DIY Play!) just remember if you\u2019re bringing any other dogs that\u202fyou understand the risks.\u00a0.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n 5. Life Getting In The Way Of Your Plans: Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t Book with confidence: Real time live booking means if something comes up you\u00a0can edit your booking for free up to 2hours before or if you find you have some\u00a0last minute free time you can book, just make sure you have enough time to get\u00a0here.
